This privacy policy explains the nature, scope and purpose of the collections and use of personal information of visitors and users (hereinafter referred to collectively as User) by Dancing Since 1985, Owner: Marlene Pichlhöfer, 8241 Dechantskirchen 4 (hereinafter Provider) as responsible entity by data protection law.

Collecting of Access Data
The provider collects data about each access to the online shop (so-called log files). Access data include the name of the website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification about successful access, browser type and version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited web page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data without user identification or other profiling according to statutory regulations only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and the optimization of the online offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use based on specific indications.

When contacting the seller (via contact form or email) user information will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of further questions regarding the request.
The provider has taken organizational, contractual and technical precautions to ensure compliance with the data protection laws and accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons is prevented.

Forwarding data to third parties

User date will only be forwarded to third parties if this is legitimate or the user has consented to the transfer. This is the case for example if the forwarding of the data is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and the mailing address is forwarded to the shipping company after the order. Or if the data are requested by law enforcement authorities.
Personal user information are not sold or forwarded to third parties for the purpose of advertising or creation of user accounts.

The provider uses cookies within the scope of its online offer. Cookies are small files that device specific information to be stored on the user´s access device. Temporary cookies are deleted after closing your browser, permanent cookies maintain for a predetermined period of time and can provide the stored information available when accessing the website again.   • according to article 17 DSGVO, deletion of your personal data that is stored by us, insofar as it is necessary for the further processing:

– exercising the right for freedom of expression or information;
– fulfilment of a legal obligation;
– public interest reasons or
– assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims

  • according to article 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of processing your personal data, insofar as

    – you deny the accuracy of your data;
    – the processing is unlawful but you reject the deletion;
    – we do not need the data anymore, but you are in need of the data for assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims
    – you appeal according to article 21 DSGVO against processing;

  • according to article 20 DSGVO, the personal data you have provided to us, to receive in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another responsible person
  • according to article 77 DSGVO, to complain at a supervisory authority. You can generally address the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, work place or headquarter for this purpose.

Right of objection

Insofar as we process personal data as described above, on a basis of a balancing of interest­ – predominantly legitimate interest, you can contradict the processing with effect for the future.  If the processing takes place for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise that right as described above at any time. Insofar as the processing takes place for other purposes, you have the right of objection only in the presence of reasons that are a result of your special situation.

After the exercise of your right of objection, your personal data will not be processed for these purposes anymore, unless we can prove compelling, worthy of protection reasons, that preponderance your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
